Err yea, the other Friday List is missing quite a few.

Olenka, have you checked that trouble shooting Vegas posted? It definitely isn't Windows Firewall and as you are hooked directly, it can't be your router. That leaves your network card, utility from your ISP that connects you to Internet or ISP's traffic shaping.

See I told you I am computer illiterate Fei! lol. I have noooooooo idea how to check for my network card

first:

• Win-R -> type in cmd -> OK
• type ipconfig /all -> hit Enter
• find lines that will look something like these:

• Alt-space -> Edit -> Mark
• select them -> hit Enter
• post here

then:
Win-R -> type in dxdiag -> OK
on first tab there are System Manuf. and System Model lines. Post that as well.

If your using Vista, you can find the command prompt at:

Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories>Command Prompt

then start at the ipconfig line in Feixue's post
